Adding Technical Alert
Technical alerts can be configured for humidity, battery, and communication status technical streams. Alerts are triggered when these streams exceed or fall below the defined thresholds.
Key Information
Applicable Devices:
Wavelet Ex: Only battery alert and communication status.
Wavelet 4R: All the technical alerts are applicable.
Wavelet V2: All the technical alerts are applicable.
Account-Wide Alerts: Alerts apply to all devices in the Account.
Recommended Alerts:
At a minimum, configure alerts for humidity and battery.
Set multiple thresholds to indicate maintenance needs, e.g., one alert to schedule maintenance and another for immediate action.
Alert Timing:
Alerts are sent according to the device’s reporting profile, not immediately when a threshold is crossed. Alerts include a timestamp showing when the event occurred.
Prerequisite
Voice Alerts:
Voice alerts are a billable add-on. Contact support to confirm activation for your Account.
