Technical Alerts Actions
You can change, deactivate, reactivate, or delete technical alerts in your Account.
Steps to Modify a Technical Alert
In the left pane, click Account Management.
Select the Technical Alerts tab.
Hover your mouse pointer over the line corresponding to the technical alert you wish to modify. Several icons appear.
Select the icon corresponding to the action you wish to take:
Green Pencil: Edit technical alert settings: Click this icon and edit the settings in the window that appears.
Circle with Strikethrough: Deactivate the technical alert: A deactivated alert does not trigger any notifications but remains in the database.
Green "Play" Sign: Reactivate the technical alert.
Red X: Delete the technical alert from the database.
