Replacing Wavelet Cover Gasket
A new cover gasket design was introduced in July 2022 for all Wavelet device models. Ayyeka strongly recommends replacing existing cover gaskets with the updated design (P/N 0100203) during your next maintenance cycle. For more details or to order, contact your account manager.
Why Upgrade?
The updated gasket design enhances sealing performance and ensures long-term device reliability. It is compatible with all existing and new Wavelet models.
How to Replace the Cover Gasket
Remove the Old Gasket Use tweezers or an appropriate tool to carefully remove the existing gasket from the device cover.
Install the New Gasket
Place the new flat gasket into the designated groove inside the cover.
Press firmly to ensure it is seated securely.
Important: Pay attention to gasket polarity. The flat side must face upward, as shown in the illustration below.
