Sharing Account With Any User

An Account Owner can share any Account associated with their email address with any Ayyeka user, and assign that user a specific role.

Note: Even if you assign Account Owner permissions, the user cannot share the Account with others.

Prerequisites

• You must have the Partner, Account Owner, or Subaccount role.

• You must be the owner of the Account you wish to share.

• The user must already exist in your Field Asset Intelligence™ (FAI) system.

Steps to Share an Account

1. In the left pane, click Account, then select the Account you want to share.

2. In the right pane, click the Account Sharing tab.

3. In the Account Sharing window, click + Share.

4. In the Share Account window:

   • Enter the user’s email in the Insert User Email field.

   • Select the user's role from the Select Role dropdown.

5. Click Submit.
