Setting up Your Dashboard

Dashboards act as a central platform for visualizing and tracking key performance indicators and field data. They utilize widgets to highlight trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Open a Dashboard

In the sidebar, navigate to Data > Dashboards. A list of dashboards appears.

Click a dashboard in the list to open it.

Create a New Dashboard

  1. In the sidebar, navigate to Data > Dashboards.

  2. Click the Create New Dashboard button. The Create Dashboard window opens.

  1. Fill in the fields:

  • Enter a meaningful dashboard title

  • Select a sharing type *Choose a dashboard color palette

  • Select predefined colors for High, Normal, and Low

  1. Click Create. The new dashboard appears with default widgets.

Change the Dashboard Refresh Rate

Open a dashboard. Choose a refresh frequency from the list.

Change a dashboard’s time period

Choose the date and time range from the calendar and click Set Date.

Share a Dashboard with Members of Your Account

  1. Click the cog to edit dashboard settings. The Update Dashboard window appears.

  1. Set the Sharing Type to Account Shared.

  2. Click Update to save. The dashboard is now shared with account members.

  1. Open a dashboard.

  2. Click the cog and choose Edit. The Update Dashboard window appears.

  3. Configure the settings.

  4. Click Update to save the changes to the dashboard.

Add new widgets to a dashboard

  1. Open a dashboard.

  2. In the dashboard, click the Add New Widget button. The Add New Widget side panel appears.

  1. Select a widget from the list in the side panel. The widget’s configuration window appears.

  2. Configure the widget:

  • Enter a meaningful title for the widget

  • Adjust the widget settings

  1. Click Save. The widget is added to the bottom of the dashboard.

  2. Click the widget’s ellipsis ⋮ and choose Drag from the menu. Reposition the widget by dragging it to a new position in the dashboard.
