Events Overview
The Events page in FAI-Cloud provides an overview of all threshold breaches (Events) for a given account. Each event represents a condition where a configured threshold was exceeded or triggered, such as a pH or Level alarm.
Key Features
Event Details:
Displays site, stream, value, threshold name, and timestamp for each event.
Event records may include an action of Notification. If a notification was sent, the last column shows related notifications.
Notifications Log:
Tracks all notifications triggered by the event (Email, SMS), recipients, execution time, and delivery status.
Events Table
Navigate to Administration > Events to view:
Account & Site Name
Stream Name (e.g., pH, Level)
Value at the time of the event
Level Name (e.g., Low Alarm)
Event Date
Notifications icon for alert details
The table allows sorting, filtering, and searching within a selected time range (default: last 30 days).
Notification Details
Click the Notifications icon for any event to see:
Email Notifications: Recipients, email addresses, execution date, and status.
SMS Notifications: Recipients, masked phone numbers, execution date, and status.
Delivery status shows Success for properly sent alerts.
Use Case
Use the Events page to:
Identify when and where alerts were triggered.
Confirm successful notification delivery via Email, SMS, or voice alert message.
