Hiding and Unhiding a Data Stream

Account owners can control stream visibility by hiding streams from other Account users. Hidden streams are only accessible to Account owners and can be made visible again at any time.

Hiding a Stream

To hide a stream from other Account users:

1. Navigate to Devices --> Fleet Management in the left pane.

2. Locate the device and click the stream name in the Streams Tree pane.

3. In the right pane, underneath the graph, click Actions, and select Hide from Users.

4. In the confirmation window that appears, click Submit.

Result: An icon will appear next to the stream name, indicating that the stream is hidden. The stream will be visible only to Account owners after other users log in again.

Unhiding a Stream

To make a hidden stream visible to all Account users:

1. Navigate to Devices --> Fleet Management in the left pane.

2. Locate the device and click the stream name in the Streams Tree pane.

3. In the right pane, underneath the graph, click Actions, and select Show to Users.

Result: The stream will become visible to all Account users after they log in again.
