Editing or Deactivating Account

You can update account details (including the account name) or deactivate an account. Deactivating an account will also deactivate all its users, devices, and REST API keys.


Important

  • Deactivation cannot be undone.

  • The account cannot be reactivated after deactivation.


Prerequisites

  • You must have the Partner role.

  • Before deactivating an account:

    • Delete or move all devices within the account.

    • Delete or transfer its users to another account.


To Edit or Deactivate an Account

  1. In the left pane, click Account, and then select the account you want to edit or deactivate.

  2. Click Actions below the account icon, and do one of the following:

    • Edit: Click Edit to modify account details, then save your changes.

    • Deactivate: Click Deactivate to permanently deactivate the account.

  3. Click Submit.
